
What annoys Swiss the most when shopping online
July 11, 2019 - The media portal 20min.ch published a frustration ranking by the market and opinion research institute marketagent.com on the subject of online shopping. 1000 people from Switzerland were interviewed. The biggest annoyance are hidden costs or customs fees for online shopping. 79 percent of respondents say they are bothered. Frustration number 2 are delivered products, which do not correspond to the description in the net. 77 percent of respondents find this disturbing. Ranking 3 in the frustration ranking are costs for a possible return (73 percent). Free returns are not standard everywhere, with Zalando taking the lead in the 2011 Swiss start.
